I value our interaction and want it to be truly meaningful and enriching for both of us. To ensure we don’t waste time, I follow a few core principles:
Total Presence: When we talk, I am fully engaged. I don't check my phone and I expect the same from you. If one of us cannot be 100% present, let’s simply reschedule—it’s a matter of mutual respect.
High-Bandwidth Speed: To me, speed is about clarity, not rushing. I value substance and avoid excuses or gossip. If a topic takes 5 minutes, let’s do it in 5. If it requires a whole day of deep diving, I am ready to commit that day.
The Right to "Stop": I respect our time. I will openly say if the conversation has lost its purpose or if it’s time to wrap up. We will then transition out of the talk smoothly within 1–5 minutes. This is about protecting our resources, not about negative emotions.
Calls over Chats: A quick call is more efficient than endless texting. If I decline your call, I’m simply busy. Please try again in 15+ minutes or wait for me to call you back.
Negotiations: A discussion aim to negotiate mutual goal. So the dialog is not just to solve instantly – it is about being in process of acquiring details and adjust on it till the moment we feel comfortable with outcomes. This may not only take time, but also may require several attempts.
Aesthetics of Dialogue: I believe every conversation has its own beauty. Let’s not just exchange facts; let’s observe the aesthetics of our talk and put something more into it than just mechanical speech.
If we are in a dialogue, it means it truly matters to both of us.
The following personal principles I am following personally; as soon we are aligned, the communication will as easy as it go
I am honest and open-minded and do not attribute malice.Â
I should know the person I am talking to.
Relationships are valued more than money.
No reasoning or excuses are valuable.
Find awareness observation point to reach the goal.Â
Be agile and under-expect new inputs that may require adjustments.Â
If we have an agreement – we always can mutate it, but mutually.
I only advise if you ask.
Any agreements made by message, chat or email are equal to any contract signed.
Agreement is an ultima!
Straps, titles, and statuses are insignificant in front of the value anybody brings.
Left things better than they were before you come.
I do not play games without agreement done first (ref: «Games People Play», Eric Berne)
The following business principles I am following; as soon we are aligned, the business will increase in a comfortable environment
Exposure to personal pride is unacceptable.
I am always searching for ways to operate processes rather than operating people.
Rule – always ask if you do not know (ask Google, me, anyone).
Education, expertise, motivation, and self-development are more valuable than money.
Rule – any innovation should be reproducible. Did something new? Document it and let others know how to do it.
Building a business ≡ Describing and writing down the structure and processes shapes.
Any formal document has higher priority than an informal one.
Positions are achieved because of the language people in those positions are speaking, not because the position gives them the language.
Everyone deserves to be listened to, heard, and have the right to implement ideas.
Better to ship something imperfect today than a perfect solution never.
Occam’s Razor should be employed – the simplest adequate solution is usually the best.
Fail fast, fail often, learn quickly.
I do not play games at work (ref: «Games People Play», Eric Berne)
The following principles I use when asking any errands:
My request will describe the desired result, not the method – you are free to choose your own way to achieve it.
If you are not the right person to handle it, help me find the best-fit person who can.
Be open and honest when we discuss the task and your end-to-end role in it – all feelings and perspectives matter.
You must have all necessary permissions and access to move forward. If you don’t, text me immediately.
You can always decline before starting – but once you start, you must complete it.
You can always ask questions: when initiating the task, at scheduled checkpoints, and interrupt me only in case of emergency.
If you ask a question, document the answer.
I will set checkpoints and a final deadline – and we will mutually agree on being reviewed at those points.
If you fail, it is okay – but the same reason for failure can only happen once. Provide the lesson and solution that will prevent it in the future. If the same failure repeats, we do not go further together.

Business principles are fundamental beliefs that guide the behavior and decisions within a company. They serve as the foundation for organizational culture, guiding how employees interact with each other, customers, and other stakeholders. These principles typically reflect the values and vision of the organization and help shape its identity in the business world.
In essence, the business principles define how a company operates and makes decisions, while the goal of a business outlines the desired outcomes and achievements that the organization seeks to attain. By aligning these principles with its goals, a business can establish a clear direction and focus on creating long-term value and success.
